..................................
In today's competitive marketplace, education
can make the difference between success and failure. The six two-day CRS
Courses, considered the best in the residential real estate industry,
cover relevant topics that enable real estate agents to gain that competitive
lead in an ever- changing industry. Each course is packed with techniques
and information to help students increase productivity and earnings, while
being on the cutting edge of education.
The Council of Residential Specialists presents
two-day learning experiences in listing, selling, residental investments,
referrals, and more. All courses have been revised and updated to ensure
that students receive the most current information and techniques available.
CRS Chapters, state associations and local boards sponsor the CRS Courses.
Please see the course schedule and call the individual course sponsor
for registration information and tuition cost.
Prior to purchasing non-refundable transportation
to a course, please confirm with the course sponsor that no arrangements
have been changed. The Council is not liable for any non-refundable tickets
that are not used due to course arrangement changes. Course schedule updates
are available on the web and bi-monthly in The Residential Specialist
magazine, or call 800.462.8841 to request one to be sent to you.
Examinations
The CRS Course examination is given on the
last afternoon of the course. Students passing the exam will receive an
official certificate of completion approximately 4-6 weeks after the course.
Students are required to take the exam at the course. Should a student
fail the examination, a re-examination may be arranged through the Council.
Only one re-examination will be permitted. No grade information will be
given over the phone.
Continuing Education Credit
CRS Courses are approved for continuing
education credit in many states. For more information, you can also contact
your state association or Regina Harvey at the Council (800.462.8841 extension
4440).
